Processing & Shipping Details

Each item sold through this website is handmade with love in Richmond, Virginia. With this being said, many factors go into my processing times, and greatly depend on what is purchased.

For example, I sell journals that I designed from scratch, but have been pre-printed and stocked, ready-to-go. These will ship faster than a product that is made-to-order. My fine art is always listed AFTER it has fully cured, so they will also ship faster than made-to-order products. The inter-changeable products will vary throughout the year, as I prep for the holidays by trying to have some stocked and ready-to-go. However, they are typically made-to-order.

Below is a tiered list of processing times for your convenience. (Large orders may require more time. Please message me if you’d like to inquire about specific processing times prior to placing your order.)

• pre-printed journals (1-3 business days)
• fine art (1-3 business days)
• made-to-order products (3-5 business days)

*National holidays will not count as a business day. Please also remember that holidays in which the USPS is closed will add transport time to your shipping. This is completely out of my control, so please plan accordingly.

Shipping time frames are based on what YOU select at checkout, and should be added to my processing time-frames to estimate your delivery day. Shipping time-frames DO NOT indicate a product’s processing time. Please remember they are separate estimates.
